Morgan was born in Colquitt, GA on December 3, 1932, to Tom and Elizabeth Sheffield Harrell. Survivors include her sister, Janice Brown (Hildon), daughter, Tawanna Shiflett (Ricky) daughter-in-law, Regina Betty Harrell passed away at age 90 on November 27, 2020 with confidence in the good plan of God for her life, the peace of Christ filling her heart, and the expectation of being in the arms of Betty Lynn Harrell, age 72 of Knoxville, passed away January 8, 2020 at her home.
